The Goal Of This Request For Information Is To Obtain Information About The Solutions, Capabilities And Alternative Implementation Methods On The Market Before The Actual Possible Bidding Process. The City Of Helsinki Is Preparing The Purchase Of An Artificial Intelligence Management System, The Purpose Of Which Is To Enable The Management And Documentation Of The Obligations According To The Eu Ai Act (Ai Act) And To Support The Life-Cycle Management Of All Artificial Intelligence Systems In The City. The Artificial Intelligence Management System Enables The Management, Identification And Reporting Of The Obligations Of The Provider And Adopter Of The Eu Ai Regulation Regarding High-Risk Artificial Intelligence Systems, And Supports The Management Of All Artificial Intelligence Systems In The City, The Identification And Management Of Artificial Intelligence Risks, And Communication About Artificial Intelligence. The Artificial Intelligence Management System Produces Information For The Citys Management, Artificial Intelligence Developers, And City Services And Websites That Utilize Artificial Intelligence. The System Serves As A Central Tool In Risk Identification And Management, Documentation, Communication Preparation And Support For Implementation Processes. Instructions For Responding To Information Requests We Ask That You Respond In Writing To The Questions Presented In The Appendix Information Request Questions And Environmental Criteria By The Deadline Set As Comprehensively As Possible.
