This Is Not A Request For Tender, A Procurement Notice Or An Invitation To A Negotiation Procedure, And The Publication Of The Notice Does Not Initiate A Tender. The City Of Helsinki Is Preparing The Acquisition Of Content Production And Content Marketing, Which Would Complement The Citys Communication, Brand And Marketing Services. As Part Of The Tender Preparation, This Market Dialogue Is Carried Out, The Aim Of Which Is To Get Feedback From Potential Service Providers On The Preliminary Tender Documents And Views On What Should Be Taken Into Account In The Description Of The Procurement Object, The Specification Of The Procurement Requirements And The Suitability Requirements Of The Bidders. A Potential Bidder Participates In The Market Dialogue By Reading The Attachments Of The Request For Information And Answering The Questions Presented In The Other Conditions Section. In The Other Conditions Section, The Questions Concern The Whole Of The Procurement, I.E. Both Areas. In Questions Where The Question Is Only Directed To Another Sub-Area (A Or B), The Sub-Area In Question Is Indicated In Front Of The Question. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Discuss With The Potential Bidder Who Responded To The Market Dialogue. The Procurement Unit Does Not Undertake To Talk With All Respondents. Possible Discussions Are Held At A Maximum Of 3 Discussions / Sub-Area. The Selection Is Made Among Those Respondents Who Have Indicated Their Willingness To Discuss In The Survey, Left Their Contact Information, And Based On Whose Answers The Procurement Unit Deems It Necessary To Refine The Information To Support The Preparation Of The Tender. According To The Preliminary Schedule, Possible Discussions Will Be Held In March 2026. No Compensation Will Be Paid For Participating In The Market Dialogue And Request For Information.
