The Subject Of The Tender Is Oblique Aerial Photography, Vertical Aerial Photography And Digital Orthophoto Including Post-Processing Of Materials And A Saas-Based Viewing Service For The City Of Tornio And Possibly The City Of Haaparanta (Sweden). The Procurement Is A Joint Procurement Of The Eu Member States And Complies With The Finnish Procurement Act (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016). The City Of Tornio Acts As The Procurement Unit, And Haaparanta And Tornio Have Entered Into An Agreement On Joint Procurement. The Material Is Collected By Manned Aircraft And Only Generally Accepted Methods, Software And Equipment May Be Used In The Work. The Materials Obtained From The Acquisition Will Be Used For The Visual Inspection Of The Description Area Of The City Of Tornio And The Municipalities Of Haaparanta. The Materials Prepared As A Result Of The Work Are Handed Over To The Customer With Full Copyright, Ownership And Usage Rights. All Conversations With The Customer Must Be Conducted In Finnish During The Term Of The Contract. However, All Written Tender Materials Must Be Submitted In Both Finnish And Swedish. All Material Created During The Term Of The Contract Must Be Delivered In Finnish. The Filming Will Take Place During 2026 In Spring Or Summer (Service Filming). Filming Materials Will Be Delivered At The End Of 2026. An Agreement Will Be Drawn Up For The Viewing Service, Which Will Be Valid From Its Introduction Until 31 December 2030, After Which It Will Continue To Be Valid Until Further Notice.
