The Subject Of The Tender Is Oblique Aerial Photography, Vertical Aerial Photography And Digital Orthophoto Including Post-Processing Of Materials And A Saas-Based Viewing Service For The City Of Tornio And Possibly The City Of Haaparanta (Sweden). The Procurement Is A Joint Procurement Of The Eu Member States And Complies With The Finnish Procurement Act (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016). The City Of Tornio Acts As The Procurement Unit, And Haaparanta And Tornio Have Entered Into An Agreement On Joint Procurement.
