The Tendered Work Includes The Professional Repair Of Concrete Surfaces (Approx. 420M2 Area Investigation, Approx. 470 Concrete Excavations In Various Sizes, Approx. 170M2 Ceilings, Approx. 50M2 Beams, Supports And Lintels, Approx. 100M2 Blasting Work, Reinforcement Work, Work With Repair Mortar, Etc.) On The Listed Laboratory Building Of The Former Coking Plant (Minimal Monument-Appropriate Intervention). The Aim Is To Restore The Load-Bearing Capacity, Protect The Reinforcement From Further Corrosion And Preserve The Historical Substance. The Work Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Recognized Rules Of Technology And The Specifications Of The Dafstb Repair Guidelines. These Include, Among Other Things: Removing Loose Structural Parts, Exposing And Derusting The Reinforcement, Reprofiling The Concrete Cross-Section And Partially Repassivating Carbonated Areas As Well As Ensuring The Required Minimum Coverage Of The Reinforcement For Fire Protection.
