Tenders Are Invited For Conclusion Of A Contract For Combined Services For The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Lovech Regional Administration

The Object Of The Present Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Electric Energy And The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group According To The Energy Act (Ee) And The Electricity Trading Rules (Etee). The Contracting Authority And The Participant Designated As The Contractor Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 In Connection With Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy - Low Voltage For Objects Of The Lovech Regional Administration, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification.
