During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Act (E) And The Other Legal Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including The Ordinances To E, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). The Price Of Net Electric Energy Includes The Price Of The Supply Of Electric Energy And All Other Costs Related To It: Costs For Forecasting Consumption, Costs For Preparing And Administering Hourly Schedules And All Other Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order. The Price Does Not Include The Price For The Network Services Determined By The Decision Of The Energy And Water Regulation Commission (Ecw) And Excise Duty Under Art. 20.
