Maintenance, Repair, Supply Of Spare Parts For Heating, Air-Conditioning, Sanitary And Electrical Installations And Equipment, As Well As The Supply Of Equipment To Complement Them In The Building Where The Headquarters Of The National Library Of Romania Is Located (Hereinafter Referred To As Building), In Order To Ensure The Conditions Necessary For Good Functioning, So That It Can Offer The Operating Characteristics For Which It Was Built And Put Into Use, In Accordance With The Technical Project Pt4000/2010, As Follows: Chap. A. The Preventive, Predictive (Periodic) And Corrective Maintenance Service Of The Installations Described Above (Chapter A, Points I - Iv) Will Be Performed By A Number Of 4 (Four) Technicians, Present At The Beneficiarys Headquarters 8 Hours / Working Day; Head. B. Annual Review Of The Air Conditioners Located In The Server Room And The Ups Rooms; Head. C. Annual Review Of The Thermal Point (Pt), The Air Treatment Plants (Cta) And The Hot Water Thermal Agent Distribution Facility, Described In Art. 1, Point I. (During August - September Of Each Year) And Their Commissioning (During October Of Each Year, At The Request Of The Beneficiarys Contract Manager); Ensuring The Optimal Temperature (19 – 24° Celsius) In All Spaces Of The Building, Except For The Spaces Corresponding To The Equipment Whose Technical Condition Necessary To Ensure The Optimal Temperature Does Not Allow This Desired; Head. D. The Supply Of Spare Parts, Consumables, Subassemblies Of The Equipment Components Of The Installations Or Equipment Related To The Thermal, Sanitary Or Electrical Installations Serving The Building, As Well As The Provision Of Services For The Execution Of Special Operations That Are Not Part Of The Providers Scope Of Activity (Such As The Rental Of Special Equipment, Specialized Inspections Or Revisions, Etc.), At The Request Of The Bnar Contract Manager, Depending On The Needs And The Available Budget Within Each Contract Subsequently; Head. Provision Of Hours Of Work At The Request Of The Beneficiary, Under The Regime Of Supervision Hours By Highly Qualified Technicians, Specialized In The Field Of Heating, Air Conditioning, Sanitary, Electrical Or Other Types Of Installations (Refrigerator Technician, Low Current Electrician, Automatist, Etc.), With A Maximum Intervention Time Of 48 Hours From The Request; Each Request Will Have The Travel Costs Of The Intervention Team Included, Being Invoiced For 2 Hours Related To Travel For The Intervention + Intervention Time, Rounded +/-, Depending On The Time Required For The Intervention (For Example: An Intervention Lasting 1 Hour And 28 Minutes Will Be Invoiced: 2 Hours Travel (Blocking The Intervention Team) + 1 Hour Intervention, An Intervention Lasting 1 Hour And 32 Minutes Will Be Invoiced: 2 Hours Travel (Blocking Of The Intervention Team) + 2 Hours Of Intervention), Including The Travel Costs Of The Team
