The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live, From Real Estate Where There Is A Summer House, Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes Located In The City Of Rawa Mazowiecka. The Contractor Collecting Municipal Waste Is Obliged To Comply With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular: The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions And Local Law Acts In Force In The City Of Rawa Mazowiecka. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection And Transport Of Waste, 2) Equipment With Bags For Selective Waste Collection, Including The Collection Of Biodegradable Waste And Ash, 3) Placement Of Containers For Selective Waste Collection And Containers For Unsegregated Municipal Waste To Owners Of Residential Properties, Owners Of Real Estate On Which There Is A Summer House Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes In The City Of Rawa Mazowiecka 4) Replacement Of Damaged Containers, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party, 5) Washing And Disinfection Of Containers. Note: Waste Collection Containers Are Provided By The Ordering Party. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Collected From The City Of Rawa Mazowiecka During The Order Execution Period Was Determined On The Basis Of Data From Previous Years In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Description Of The Employers Requirements In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Estimated Amounts Of Collected Waste Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
