Construction Work – Pdf/Upol – Reconstruction Of The Deans Premises In The Building Žižkovo Nám. 5. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Internal Reconstruction Of Selected Premises Of The Deans Office Of The Employers Faculty Of Education, Namely In The Building At The Address Žižkovo Náměstí 951/5, Olomouc. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Thus A Change Of The Completed Building, Carried Out Exclusively In The Interior And Without Interventions In The External Parts Of The Building, Material Solution, Stopped Area Or Height Arrangement. The Construction Modifications Relate Mainly To The 2Nd And Partly Also To The 3Rd Above-Ground Floor, Where The Layout Is Modified, The Way Of Use Of Selected Rooms Is Changed And Technical Installations Are Modernized In Accordance With The Clients Current Operational Requirements. The Construction Work According To This Public Contract Will Be Carried Out While The Building Is In Operation And Simultaneously With The Ongoing Reconstruction Of The Building, Which Is Being Carried Out By Another Contractor. For This Reason, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Coordination Of Work, Temporal And Spatial Coordination Of Procedures And Respect For Organizational And Safety Measures Resulting From The Parallel Implementation Of Construction Activities. Detailed Requirements For The Subject Of Public Procurement Are Defined By Technical, Commercial Or Other Contractual Conditions, Which Are Attached To The Tender Documentation. In Particular, The Project Documentation, The List Of Works And The Binding Text Of The Contract.
