Electricity – Delivery Of Net Electrical Energy And Selection Of The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group Of Venets Municipality. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Electrical Energy And The Selection Of The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group Of The Municipality Of Venec. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, According To The Provisions Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Municipal Sites On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Venets At Freely Agreed Prices; Inclusion Of The Objects In A Standard Balancing Group, As An Indirect Member, With The Coordinator The Contractor (As The Employer Will Not Pay A Fee For Participation In A Balancing Group), Incl. Provision Of Services In: Forecasting Of Electricity Consumption, Planning, Ordering And Balancing; Preparing And Submitting Hourly Daily Schedules And Sending Them For The Administration Of The Information Flow By The Electricity System Operator (Eso Ead); Assuming The Responsibility For Balancing - The Obligation To Financially Settle The Differences Between The Amount Of Electricity According To The Registered Schedule/Forecast Of Consumption And The Actual Consumption Reported By The Means Of Commercial Measurement, Or The Difference Between Purchases And Sales For A Given Settlement Period, As Well As All Activities Related To Participation In The Liberalized Electricity Market Of The Contracting Authority. The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Municipal Sites On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Venets, According To The List - Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification. For The Period Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Foresees The Possibility (The Right, But Not The Obligation) To Unilaterally Assign To The Contractor The Supply Of Additional Quantities Of Net Electric Energy And The Corresponding Services - Option For Additional Supplies. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign The Option Of Additional Supplies In The Event Of The Need For Additional Quantities Of Electricity Due To The Discovery Of New Lots In The Name Of The Contracting Authority During The Period Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Contracting Authority May Exercise The Right To An Option For Additional Supplies Within The Validity Period Of The Public Procurement Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure. The Additional Deliveries Within The Option Have A Volume Of Up To 10% Or Up To Eur 21,550.00 Excluding Vat (10% Of The Maximum Permissible Value Excluding Vat
