The Object Of The Contract Is The Technical Support And Maintenance Services For Hpe Equipment In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Terms Of Reference And The Legislation In The Field. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And In Compliance With Article 17 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Contract Period Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: A) Contracting Parties; B) Verification And Reception; C) Subcontractors; D) Legislative Changes/Modifications; E) Duration Of The Contract. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions That They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes In The Sense Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
