Høvringen Treatment Facility Is One Of Trondheim Municipality ́S Two Major Sewage Treatment Plants, And Cleanses The Sewage For 2/3 Of The Town Population. The Treatment Plant Has Been Operated In Accordance With Requirements For Expanded Primary Purification, But In 2024 Received A New Discharge Permit Which Requires Secondary Purification As Well As A 40% Reduction Of Phosphor. The Contracting Authority ́S Deadline To Fulfil These Requirements Is Set To 01.01.2028. The Tenderer ́S Deadline Is 01.12.2027.
