The Tenderer Creates A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dbr) In Order To Repair, Maintain And Refurbish The Frames, Bodies And Other Elements Of The M3 Category Cars And Trolleybuses It Operates. Planned Quantity: 32 Vehicles/ 48 Months Expected Size Of Individual Contracts To Be Awarded Every Six Months As Planned Within The Framework Of The Dbr: 4 Vehicles. After The Successful Completion Of The Participation Phase Of This Procedure, When A Specific Procurement Request Arises, The Procuring Entity Will Send The Invitation To Tender Via The Ekr To Those Applying To Participate In The Dynamic Procurement System. During The Systems 48-Month Validity, Any Economic Operator Can Join The System If They Submit Their Application For Participation Through The Ekr And Are Deemed Suitable. After The Creation Of The Dbr, The Tasks To Be Performed During The Repair And Renovation Of The Frame, Bodywork And Other Elements Of The M3 Category Cars And Trolleybuses Are Defined In The Technical Description Issued In The Bidding Phase. As A Professional Offer, The Bidder Must State In The Item Description And Unit Price Table Of The Maintenance Work Processes (If Applicable) The Manufacturer Of The Products Used During The Repair, The Material Costs And Labor Fees Incurred Based On The Expected Technical Content Indicated There And (If Applicable) In The Technical Description, As Well As Their Amount. During The Performance Of The Tasks, In The Case Of Those Belonging To The Given Product Range, Only Spare Parts That Have An Approval Mark Based On The Köhém Decree 5/1990 (Iv. 12) Can Be Used In The Performance Of The Tasks, Or - If They Are Not Factory-Installed, Or Recognized By The Vehicle Manufacturer As Being Usable Instead Of The Original Installation - Have A Certification Mark Based On The Köhém Decree 5/1990 (Iv. 12). 5/1990 For All Spare Parts Used For The Activity. (Iv. 12.) At The Request Of The Bidder, The Successful Bidder Must Be Able To Present A Certificate Of Quality Issued With The Content In Accordance With The Köhém Decree, Or Must Be Able To Prove The Origin Of The Spare Part In The Production Plant (Originally Installed In The Factory Or A Certificate (Declaration) Recognized As Being Creditably Used By The Vehicle Manufacturer Instead). The Applicant Must Declare As Detailed In The Public Procurement Guidelines That: • He/She Has Read And Accepted The Provisions Of The General Terms And Conditions; • He/She May Carry Out Motor Vehicle Maintenance Activities As Stipulated In The 1/1990 (Ix.29) Motor Vehicle Maintenance Act, In Respect Of Which No Changes Have Been Notified To The Authority Managing The Register;
