The Subject Of The Order Is The Procurement Of An Integrated Charging, Load And Energy Management System (Llems) As Software As A Service (Saas), Including The Required Managed Cloud Services, Operated By A Managed Service Provider. The Contractor Takes Over The Full 24X7 Operation Of The Entire System, Including Ensuring Contractually Guaranteed Overall Availability. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: - The Provision, Operation And Maintenance Of The Cloud-Based Llems, - The Integration Of The Charging Points Into The Background System, - Upon Request, The Temporary Rental (Rental), Assembly And System Service Of Depot Controllers, - Support Services (Including Hotline And Ticket System), - Project Management For Implementing The Solution, - Training And Instructions As Well As - Complete Documentation Of The Services Provided. The Services Form A Material, Economic And Legal Unit And Must Be Provided As A Functioning Overall System. The Contractor Bears Overall Responsibility For The Proper Provision Of Services And Is Also Liable For The Use Of Any Subcontractors. The Complete Provision Of The Cloud Service, Including Integration Of The Llems, Must Take Place Within The Contractually Agreed Execution Period.
