Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of StudentS Hostel for College of Medicine Date Added: February 9, 2026 Deadline: 24/02/2026 Category: Rehabilitation/Renovation Other mandatory requirements are listed as follows: (a) Bidders shall have minimum average annual turnover of not less than N1,300,000,000.00 (One Billion, Three Hundred Thousand Naira Only) as evident in the Tax Clearance Certificate. (b) (i) Evidence of having at least one (1) COREN Registered Civil Engineer with practicing license valid for 2026 (copy of COREN Certificate and Current practicing licence of the personnel must be attached). (ii) Evidence of having at least one (1) COREN Registered Mechanical Engineer with practicing license valid for 2026 (copy of COREN Certificate and Current practicing licence of the personnel must be attached). (iii) Evidence of having at least one (1) COREN Registered Electrical Engineer with practicing license valid for 2026 (copy of COREN Certificate and Current practicing licence of the personnel must be attached). (iv) Evidence of having at least one (1) QSRBN Registered Quantity Surveyor with practicing license valid for 2026 (copy of QSRBN Certificate and Current practicing licence of the personnel must be attached). 4. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit Technical bid, One (1) hard copy and softcopy (USB Flash Drive) packaged in sealed envelope and clearly marked as TECHNICAL BID FOR REHABILITATION OF STUDENTS HOSTEL FOR COLLEGE OF MEDICINE addressed to the Director, Procurement Unit 8th Floor Senate Building Room 806, University of Lagos, Akoka and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and submit at Room 806, 8th Floor, Senate House, University of Lagos, Akoka not be later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 24th February, 2026. 5. OPENING OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The Technical bids will be opened immediately following the deadline for the submission of bids at 10:00 a.m. on 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 24th February, 2026 at the Sustainable Procurement, Environmental & Social Standards (SPESSCE) Centre of Excellence, Opposite Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Lagos in the presence of bidders or their representatives and interested members of the public.
