Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope address to the Registrar, the Edo State Polytechnic, Usen, P.M.B. 1104, Usen, Edo State, Nigeria and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number, furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and submitted at the Procurement office, Edo State Polytechnic, Usen, P.M.B. 1104, Usen, Edo State, Nigeria not later than 12 Noon on Tuesday 3rd March, 2026.
