As Of Today, The Programme Activities Are Implemented In Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, And Uzbekistan, By A Network Of Four Partners: Caritas Armenia (Caritas Armenia), Insan-Leilek + Community Integration (Kyrgyzstan), Barkaror Hayot (Uzbekistan) And Gender And Development Organization (Tajikistan). The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Protect The Rights Of Labour Migrants From Central Asia And South Caucasus In The Countries Of Destination And Origin Through Capacity Building, Legal Support And Awareness Raising**.** Specifically, The Project Focuses On The Following Objectives: To Provide Legal Aid To Labour Migrants Through Hotline, Legal Counselling And Referral Mechanism; To Build Capacity Of Labour Migrants Through Tailored Competency- And Skill-Based Trainings; To Strengthen Active And Effective Cooperation With The Stakeholders Who Influence The Situation Of Migrants In Countries Of Departure At National And International Level. Mission Under The Overall Responsibility Of The Head Of The Asia And Eastern Europe Department Of The International Action And Advocacy Direction Of Secours Catholique Caritas France, And With The Desk Officer For Central Asia, Southern Caucasus And Russia As Referent, The Consultant Will Carry Out The Assignment. The Mission Of The Consultant Is To Strengthen And Coordinate The Fundraising Capacity Of The Sccf Partner Network By Expanding Access To Diversified Funding Opportunities, Enhancing Partners Skills And Cooperation, And Ensuring Strategic Coherence Of Fundraising Efforts In Line With Sccf Priorities For 20262027 And Beyond. This Includes Supporting Partners And Sccf In Identifying Relevant Funding Opportunities, Developing Competitive Proposals, And Structuring Collaborative Fundraising Approaches Across The Network. Responsibilitiy 1. Donor Mapping & Opportunity Scanning Identify, Map, And Maintain A Shared Database Of Prospective Donors, Grant-Makers, Sponsors, And Funding Opportunities (20262027 And Beyond), In Line With Sccf Priorities. Monitor Upcoming Calls For Proposals And Strategic Funding Opportunities. 2. Strategic Analysis & Alignment Analyze Funding Opportunities And Assess Their Alignment With SccfS Objectives, Project Priorities, And Partners Capacities. Guide Partners In Adapting Their Proposals To Access Additional Funding, Taking Into Account Partners Capacities And Potential. 3. Proposal Development & Co-Financing Draft Concept Notes And Full Proposals, Or Support Partners Throughout The Proposal-Writing Process. Consolidate Partners Inputs For Joint Submissions And Targeted Calls For Proposals. Support Sccf In Preparing Concept Notes And Co-Financing Proposals. 4. Partner Coordination & Network Coherence Facilitate And Coordinate A Fundraising Working Group Of Partner Organizations. Ensure Strategic Alignment, Cooperation, And Coherence Across Partners Fundraising Initiatives, Events, And Objectives. Draft A Network Memorandum Defining Cooperation Modalities During Fundraising Processes. 5. Capacity Building & Support Strengthen Partners Fundraising Knowledge, Skills, And Tools Through Online Capacity-Building Sessions And Technical Support. 6. Donor Relations & Partnerships Initiate And Develop Relationships With Foundations, Corporations, Institutional Donors, And Sponsors. Liaise With Donors And Funding Entities In Coordination With Sccf. Support Partners In Donor Engagement And Outreach Strategies. 7. Information Management & Coordination Ensure Effective Internal Information Flow, Coordination, Tracking, And Reporting Of Fundraising Activities Across The Sccf Partner Network. Develop, Update, And Maintain A Shared Potential Donor Database In Collaboration With Partners.
