The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Snacks (Hot And Cold Meals), As Well As The Free Sale Of Other Food Items To The Employees Of The Company Premogovnik Velenje, D.O.O., For A Period Of Three Years With The Possibility Of Extension Defined In The Contract. The Number Of Employees Changes During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Client Anticipates The Volume Of Lunches Between 900 And 1200 Potential Users Per Day At The Clients Locations In Accordance With The Clients Work Calendar Or His Needs. Hot And Cold Snacks Must Be Prepared By The Selected Provider In The Premises At The Clients Address - Menza Nop (Partizanska 78, 3320 Velenje). Suitable Transport Containers Must Be Used For The Transport Of Ingredients And Food, Which Comply With The Haccp System And Do Not Allow Changes In The Temperature Of The Food. Transport Should Be Carried Out With Environment-Friendly Vehicles. The Client Does Not Allow The Chosen Hot Lunch Provider To Drive From Another Address Or From The Providers Locations. An Exception Is Admissible In Case Of Force Majeure, When He Can Use His Spare Kitchen For These Purposes. When Placing An Order, The Basic Environmental Requirements According To The Regulation On Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 51/17 With Amendments) For The Field Of Food And Catering Services Are Taken Into Account. The Contract In Question Covers The Following Areas: P1: Implementation Of Organized Food Services For Employees. P2: Rental Of Premises Without Equipment And Inventory For Carrying Out Lunches At The Clients Headquarters: Nop Kitchen And Dining Room And Room For Distributing Cold Lunches. The Client Informs Potential Providers That The Service In Question (Preparation And Distribution Of Lunches, Which Includes Cold And Hot Meals, As Well As The Distribution Of Other Food And Drinks) Will Be Performed At Its Location For The Premogovnik Velenje D.O.O. Group, Which, In Addition To Premogovnik Velenje D.O.O. The Following Companies Are Also Represented: 1. Htz Velenje, I.P., D.O.O.; 2. Plp Lesna Industrija D.O.O. Order; 3. Sipoteh, D.O.O., The Client Will Sign A Contract With The Selected Contractor For The Execution Of The Order In Question For The Period From 1 June 2026 To 31 May 2029, With The Possibility Of An Extension For A Maximum Of 12 Months.
