Personal Computers – Purchase Of 50 Computer Sets For The Needs Of Pro-Medica W Ełk Sp. Z O.O.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 50 Computer Sets For The Needs Of Pro-Medica In Ełk Sp. Z O. O. Case Reference Number 316/2026. The Sets Include, Among Others: Computer Station, Monitor, Software, Operating System, Keyboard, Mouse And Other Elements Not Listed In This Point But Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Indivisible. Due To The Need To Ensure Technical Compatibility, System Coherence, Uniform Standard And Ensuring Uniform Configuration While Maintaining Component Safety Standards, The Ordering Party, Due To The Above Reasons, Plans To Purchase A Computer Station, Monitor, Software, Operating System, Keyboard, Mouse And Other Elements Not Listed In This Point But Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In One Set Of 50 Pieces, Without Dividing The Product Range Into Parts. The Specified Subject Of The Order Should Be Functionally And Technically Coherent. The Kpo Support Agreement Provides For The Purchase Of 50 Computers In One Cost Category, Which Is Not Separated Into Parts, Which Is Another Reason Justifying The Lack Of Division Into Parts Of The Proceedings In Question. 3. In Addition To The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Assortment Offered By The Contractor And The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Dnsh Principle - Meaning The Principle Of Do No Serious Damage Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. 4. It Is Required That The Offered Subject Of The Order And All Elements Included In It Are Brand New, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, Non-Demonstrative. 5. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 6. All Requirements Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries. However, It Is Not Necessary To Modify The Swz And/Or Its Annexes By The Ordering Party, As They Should Be Read Together With Any Changes. 8. Whenever In The Swz, Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 9.
