The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase According To The Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Other Related By-Laws On The Applicable Project Parts. The Technical Project Should Be Completed With The Necessary Calculations, Diagrams, Textual And Graphic/Drawing Material, Explanatory Notes, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Project Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Bills Of Quantities For The Applicable Parts. Implementation Of The Smr For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor And Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification; The Proposal For Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Cmp Of The Construction. The Object Is Categorized In The First Category Of Construction, According To Art. 137, Para. (1), Item 1, Letter G Of Zut And Art. 2, Para. (7) Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. Description And Scope Of The Public Procurement: The Project Development Subject To This Public Procurement Should Cover A Section Of The Bed Of The Cherna River Outside The Urbanized Territory With An Approximate Length Of About 1350M (The Intersection Of The Cherna River With Road Ii-99 Tsarevo-Malko Tarnovo) To The Intersection With The Republican Road Iii-9901 And A Section With A Length Of About 1100M In The Urbanized Territory Of The Town Of Tsarevo / From The Culvert Under The Republican Road Iii-9901 To The Mouth Of The River/. The Lower End Of The Correction Should Be At The Mouth Of The River, And The Upper End At The Bridge Of Republic Road Ii-99. The Technical Solution Should Include: - Cleaning The Area Of Shrubby, Woody And Grassy Vegetation; - Formation Of A Trapezoidal Cross-Section In The Ground Within The Property Of The River; - Construction Of A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Retaining Shore Wall Along Both Banks Of The River In A Section With A Length Of 800.0 M; - If Necessary, In The Design Process, Bottom Thresholds Should Be Provided Connecting The Two Retaining Walls; - To Foresee A Smooth Connection Of The Fence Walls With The Existing Bridges In The Section; - At The Mandra District Bridge, Measures Should Be Taken To Avoid The Flooding Of Properties Adjacent To The River; - In The Lower Section After The Bridge In Beliya Bryag District, A Smooth Curve Should Be Provided In Order To Avoid Spurting The Correction. The Purpose Of The Project Development Is To Improve The Hydraulic Conductivity Of The Black River, Within The Regulatory And Cadastral Boundaries Of The City Of Tsarevo, And To Prevent The Risk Of Flooding Of Properties And Municipal Infrastructure.
