The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The Jabłonna Commune, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, With The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan, Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Jabłonna Commune And Other Provisions Of Statutory And Local Law.
