The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Construction Of An Ecological Heat And Power Plant In Łuków, Along With The Provision Of Service And Warranty Services During The Warranty Period. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, A Complete Heating Plant Should Be Designed And Constructed, Equipped With Water Biomass Boilers (Kb1, Kb2) With An Exhaust Gas Condensation System (Uks), Supplying The Municipal Heating Network. The Ecological Heating Plant In Łuków Is To Be An Integral Part Of The Existing Heating Plant In Łuków. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Following Documents: Functional And Utility Program (Abbreviated As Ffu) Construction Of An Ecological Heating Plant In Łuków (Appendix No. 1 To Swz).
