The Purchase, Installation (If Applicable) And Putting Into Operation A Set Of 11 Regional Water And Wastewater Scada Dispatchers (Dz) As Well As A Central Scada Dispatcher (Dc) To Integrate All The Re-Engineered/Modernized And Modernizing Objectives Located In The Administration Area Of The Bacau Regional Water Company (Crab). Supply Of Equipment And Scada Dispatch With The Achievement Of The Following Objectives, According To The Provisions Of The Specifications: • Realization (Purchase, Installation And Commissioning) Of A Fully Functional Central Dispatch At The Crab Headquarters That Will Integrate The Information Flow From All The 11 Existing Scada Systems At The Companys Regional Dispatch, Distributed In The Urban Agglomerations Of The Crab Arrears. • Creation Of 11 Regional Water And Canal Dispatch To Take Over The Entire Informational Flow Coming From The Re-Engineered/Developed Data Points On Poim And Those Existing In The Companys Operation. This Involves The Purchase, Installation And Commissioning Of New Hardware Equipment For Process Informatics, Communication And Networking As Well As Software Packages (E.G. Expansion Of The Number Of Tags For Already Existing Scada Systems, Implementation Of New Scada Platforms, Development Of Existing Applications Or New Applications, Etc.) For The 11 X Dr Water And Canal To Be Realized And Integrated Into The Dc Scada Platform; • The Integration Of All The 11 Regional Water And Canal Dispatchers In The Scada-Dc System And The Realization Of Functional Tests (End To End) Between The Data Points And The Hierarchical Dispatcher Levels (Regional And Central); The Technical Specifications Of The Equipment To Be Supplied Are Detailed In The Specifications. The Estimated Value Includes All Costs Related To Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Training, Tests. Delivery Conditions: Ddp (Incoterms 2020) And The Delivery Schedule. The Period Of Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of The Scada System Is A Maximum Of 25 Calendar Months From The Date Of Issuance Of The Start Order. The Warranty Period Is 24 Months.
