Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Services To Support The Operation, Technical Management And Maintenance Of The Integrated Telematics System (Ost) Of The Oasa. The Object Of This Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Operation Support Services, Technical Management And Maintenance Of The Integrated Telematics System (Ost) Of The Oasa, As Well As The Provision Of Related Extension And Upgrade Services, According To The Needs Of The Organization. The Framework Agreement Aims To Ensure The Smooth, Safe And Efficient Operation Of The Ost, As Well As The Possibility Of Its Adaptation And Evolution During Its Validity, Through The Individual Contracts That Will Be Concluded In Its Context. The Framework Agreement Includes Three (3) Main Groups Of Services, As Briefly Described Below: 1. Support For Operation, Technical Management And Maintenance Of Ost: The Object Of This Category Of Services Is The Continuous Support For Operation, Technical Management And Maintenance Of The Integrated Telematics System (Ost) Of Oasa. Services Include Preventive And Remedial Maintenance Of The Ost, Management Of Technical Requests, Technical Support Of System Software And Applications, As Well As Maintenance Of Inventory Of Spare Parts And Consumables. The Object Covers The Overall Operation Of The Ost, As It Exists And As It May Be Modified During The Framework Agreement, Including The Support Of Additional Telematics Equipment Installation Points That Are Part Of The Ost. 2. Extensions Of The Ost (Hardware & Related Services): Refers To Services That Cover Extensions Or Changes That Are Part Of The Existing Functionality Of The Ost, Such As The Installation Of Additional Smart Stations Or Equipment In New Vehicles, Their Uninstallation And Reinstallation In Other Locations Or Their Storage, As Well As The Supply Of New Workstations Or The Purchase And Installation Of An Additional License To Use Central Business Telematics Software. 3. Extensions Of The Ost (Software & Related Services): Refers To Services That Cover The Development And Integration Of New Functions Or Technological Capabilities Of The Ost, Such As Developing Or Upgrading Applications, Adding New Connections Or Interfaces (Apis) Between Subsystems Of The Ost Or Third-Party Systems As Well As Improvements Aimed At The Functional And Technical Upgrade Of The Ost. In Particular, These Services May Include, Among Others, The Migration Of The Ost To The G-Cloud Of The Greek State, The Complete Upgrade Of The Skyview Application, The Development And Documentation Of Apis For Interoperability With The Other Systems Of Oasa And Third Parties, The Creation Of A Single Transport Project Monitoring Center At Report.Oasa.Gr With Performance Indicators (Kpis), As Well As The Possibility Of Expanding Telematics To The Tram Fleet. The Above Will Be Examined And Analyzed In The Context Of An Implementation Study, Which The Contractor Is Required To Prepare Within Two (2) Months From The Signing Of The First Executive Contract Of The Framework Agreement.
