The Aim Of This Tender Is To Implement A Real-Time Localization System (Rtls), Which Uses The Existing Hardware And Software Infrastructure Of The University Hospital Halle (Saale) To Visualize The Real-Time Tracking Of Medical And Non-Medical Devices On A Digital Map. On The Other Hand, Automated Transport Order Continuation Should Be Made Possible In The Existing Logistics Software From Dynamed Gmbh. This Is Intended To Make Procedures And Processes More Efficient. The Software Is To Be Developed As A Strategic Component For The Further Development Of The Digital And Procedural Landscape Of The Entire Ukh. The Ukh Initially Intends To Implement A Real-Time Localization System (Rtls) In The Areas Of Medical Technology And Logistics. The Rtls Makes It Possible To Record The Exact Location Of Devices Or Objects In Real Time. To Do This, A Small Transmitter (Mobile Beacon) Is Attached To Each Device/Object, Which Regularly Sends Out Radio Signals. These Signals Are Picked Up By Permanently Installed Receivers In The Building (Access Points). Based On The Signal Strength And The Known Position Of The Receivers, The System Can Calculate Where The Device Is Currently Located. The Identified Locations Are Displayed On A Digital Map. This Makes It Possible To See At Any Time Where Certain Devices Are Located Or Whether They Are Currently Being Used, Maintained Or Transported. The First Use Case Envisages The Introduction Of A Real-Time Localization System (Rtls) For Precise Location Tracking Of Medical Devices Within The Ukh Somatics Location. The Aim Is To Significantly Reduce Search Times, Make Maintenance Processes More Efficient And Create Comprehensive Transparency Across The Entire Fleet Of Devices. The Aim Is To Optimize The Utilization Of Existing Medical Technology, Minimize Downtimes And Increase Process Reliability. The Second Use Case Concerns The Use Of A Real-Time Localization System (Rtls) To Optimize The Transport Chain In The Area Of ​​Logistical Supply. The Focus Is On The Localization Of Transport Units Such As Material Carts, Transport Boxes (High Priority Contents) And Wheelchairs. The Previous Processes Are Based On Manual Localization And Documentation In The Hospital Logistics Software Logbuch® From The Manufacturer Dynamed, Which Leads To Search Times, Loss Of Information And Delayed Processes. The Aim Is To Transparently Display The Locations Of The Transport Units At All Times, To Reduce Manual Process Steps And To Automatically Trigger Transport Order Forwarding/Setting As Soon As A Defined Change Of Location Of The Respective Transport Unit Takes Place. This Is Intended To Speed Up Transport Processes, Conserve Human Resources And Achieve Long-Term Cost Savings. In Addition, Further Areas Of Application Will Be Sought In The Future, For Example The Navigation Of Pat
