Public-Service Buses – Purchase And Delivery Of 10 Brand-New, Low-Emission Buses With A Passenger Information System And A Video Monitoring System. 1 The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase And Delivery Of 10 Brand-New, Low-Emission Buses With A Passenger Information System And A Video Monitoring System. 2 The Offered Buses Must Be Brand New - Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date And Not Used Before. The Systems Offered Must Be Brand New. 3 The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Contractors From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements In The Procedure. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 1 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For The Possibility Of Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements Referred To In Art. 16A Of The Public Procurement Law. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify, In Relation To Construction Works, Supplies And Services From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements, Conditions That Are Less Favorable Than In Relation To Construction Works, Supplies And Services Originating From Countries Referred To In Art. 16A Of The Public Procurement Law. 4 The Buses Offered Must Be Of One Brand, Identical In Terms Of Construction, Assembly And Equipment, With A Unified Drive System. 5 The Buses Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party After The First Inspection Performed At The District Vehicle Inspection Station, At The Contractors Expense. 6 The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Vehicles Meet At Least The Requirements And Conditions Specified In The Following Standards And Regulations: 7 The Bus Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In Section Iii Of The Act Of June 20, 1997. - Road Traffic Law (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And Comply With The Technical Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002.
