The Amperverband (Av) Operates The Geiselbullach Sewage Treatment Plant (240,000 Pe40). The Following Projects In Particular Are Planned For The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Future: - Sewage Treatment Plant 2040: Reconstruction Of The Wastewater Treatment At The Geiselbullach Sewage Treatment Plant - New Construction And Renovation Of Sludge Digestion: New Construction Of A Third Digester And Renovation Of The Two Existing Digestion Tanks - Modernization Of The Energy Supply At The Geiselbullach Sewage Treatment Plant - Energy Cooperation Amperverband / Gfa This Tender Exclusively Covers The Project Modernization Of The Energy Supply At The Geiselbullach Sewage Treatment Plant. All Other Projects Mentioned Are Not Part Of This Call For Proposals. Due To The Partially Parallel Planning, As Well As The Spatial And Technical Networking, There Is A Need For Coordination, Particularly With The Sewage Treatment Plant 2040 Project. The Project To Modernize The Energy Supply Of The Geiselbullach Sewage Treatment Plant Includes The Following Planning Tasks: 1) Modernization Of Hot Water Production And Distribution 2) Modernization Of The Transformer Station (Low And Medium Voltage Technology) 3) Planning And Construction Of A New Building For The Installation Of Two New Chp Units Including Use Of Flue Gas Heat For Saturated Steam Generation And Connection To The Existing System As Well As Expansion Of The Existing Digester Gas Treatment 4) Anticipatory Creation Of A Connection For The Future Media Exchange Between Old And New Sewage Treatment Plant Site When Planning, It Must Always Be Taken Into Account That A Continuous, Fully Efficient Sewage Treatment Plant Operation Must Be Maintained At All Times During Subsequent Execution Through Appropriate Temporary Measures. The Requirements For Bim Planning Are Explained In Appendix 5 To The Project Description Or As Appendix 9 To The Contract Documents. The Amperverband Provides A Working Platform Through Which Communication, Data Exchange, Logging, Workflow And Release Processes Are Handled.
