Basis For The Award The Höxter And Lippe Districts Are Responsible For The Rescue Service For Their Areas In Accordance With Section 6 Paragraph 1 Of The North Rhine-Westphalia Rescue Act (Rettg Nrw). They Maintain Uniform Control Centers For Fire Protection, Disaster Control And The Rescue Service (Section 4 Paragraph 4 Bhkg) As Well As A Number Of Rescue Stations In Accordance With The Currently Valid Rescue Service Requirements Plan. As Part Of The Replacement Procurement, The Clients Intend To Jointly Purchase A Total Of Four New Ambulances In Accordance With Din En 1789:2020-12 For The Rescue Service. The Tender Is Divided Into 3 Parts And Includes Part A Chassis, Part B Expansion And Part C, The Additional Contract And Award Conditions. The Order Is Placed Separately By Both Clients But To The Same Company. Each Client Requires Two Ambulances. A Contract For The Agreed Service Is Therefore Concluded With The Respective Client. Therefore, This Tender Will Be Divided Into 2 Sections, With Each Bidder Having To Bid On Both Sections. The Possibility Of Expansion (See Option) Is Pointed Out.
