The Aim Is To Support The University Hospital Of Cologne And Its Subsidiaries In The Implementation, Further Development And Quality Assurance Of The Bim Methodology In Construction Projects. The Framework Agreement Is Intended To Make It Possible To Flexibly Access External Bim Expertise Depending On Project Needs And Thus Ensure Efficient, Standardized And Procurement Law-Compliant Implementation Of The Bim Goals. The Tendered Service Includes Strategic And Operational Consulting And Coordination Services For The Application Of The Bim Methodology In All Project Phases. This Includes, In Particular, Strategic Bim Management (Including Development And Updating Of Aia, Bap And Quality Processes), Overall Operational Bim Coordination (Model Testing, Collision Management, Communication, Reporting) As Well As Optionally Available Special Services Such As Visualizations, Digital Spatial Books Or Bim2fm Consulting. The Services Serve To Support The Role Of The Building Owner And Are Provided Exclusively In The Area Of Cost Group 700 (Building Owner Consulting, No Hoai Services). Part Of The Tender Is An Evaluation Matrix That Is Used To Evaluate The Offer. A Central Element Of The Evaluation Matrix Is A Technical Discussion That Must Be Carried Out During The Offer Phase. The Technical Discussions Are Planned For The First Calendar Week In January 2026.
