The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Delegation Of The Public Service For The Production And Distribution Of Drinking Water Within The Perimeter Of The Municipalities Of Belleville, Champey-Sur-Moselle, Maidières, Pagny-Sur-Moselle, Pont-À-Mousson, Rogéville And Vittonville And In The Event Of Strengthening Of The Optional Tranche (To), The Municipality Of Atton. The Consultation Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Procedural Rules Provided For By The Public Procurement Code In Articles L.1410-1 Et Seq. And R.1410-1 Et Seq., L.1411-1 Et Seq. And R.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Management Of The Delegated Service Includes The Operation, In Particular The Maintenance And Monitoring Of Drinking Water Production And Distribution Installations (Works, Networks And Network Accessories, Connections, Meters), The Monitoring And Control Of The Quality Of The Water Produced And Distributed, The Search For Anomalies Likely To Disrupt The Proper Functioning Of The Service And The Resolution Of These Situations Within The Limits Defined By The Contract, The Carrying Out Of The Work Charged To The Delegate By The Contract And Its Subsequent Modifications, The Management Of Relations With Subscribers Of The Service And Information And Technical Assistance To The Community To Enable It To Control The Service, In Particular Through The Transmission Of Precise And Reliable Data.
