1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of County Roads In The Nowa Sól District, Consisting In The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads With Emulsion And Grit. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed Based On The Contract, This Description And The Ordering Partys Instructions.2. General Requirements For The Execution Of Works: - The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And For Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Instructions, - The Detailed Location Of The Renovation Works Performed, Their Scope And The Type Of Required Renovation Technology Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party, 3. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Repair Of: A) Damage To The Bituminous Surface Using The Technology - Quick-Disintegrating Asphalt Emulsion 65% In The Amount Of 1.3 To 1.7 Kg Per 1 M2 + Basalt Grit With A Fraction Thickness Depending On The Depth Of The Damage (Using A Renovator), 4. Before Starting The Repair, The Damaged Areas Should Be Cleaned Of Dust, Dirt And Unbound Parts Of The Bituminous Surface. 5. After Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Will Clean The Road From The Remains Of Materials Remaining After The Road Renovation. 6. In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Following Equipment (Own Or Rented): - Renovator - At Least 1 Piece. 7. In Order To Settle The Works, The Vehicle Performing The Service Will Be Weighed Every Business Day Before And After The Commencement Of The Works Żabnie. 8. The Detailed Location Of The Renovation Works Will Be Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Party. The Order Covers Selected Sections Of The County Road Network The Ordering Party, Depending On The Renovation Needs. 11. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Carrying Out, Organizing And Marking The Works.12. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works In Compliance With The Health And Safety Regulations And Rules And In A Manner That Does Not Pose A Threat To Road Traffic.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Marking Of The Works Carried Out On His Own And At His Own Expense, Agreed With The Road Manager And The Relevant Police Commander. District).14.
