1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of Lighting For 15 Pedestrian Crossings Located Along Municipal Roads In The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation For Road Reconstruction In The Scope Of Changing Operational Parameters By Building Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings, B) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party, C) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.4. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order And Performing Activities Related To General Construction And Electrical Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Accordance With The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These People As Well As The Ordering Partys Rights To Control This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Related To Works In The Field Of Outdoor Lighting Installation Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.6. Pursuant To § 3 Section 3 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 250,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Zlotys 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual And Tort Liability. 7. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 399,996.00 To Finance The Awarded Contract.8. Guarantee And Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months.
