Measure 10.5 Support For Education Under The Integrated Territorial Investments Of Priority R.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - Staircase No. 1, 2) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - Staircase No. 2, 3) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - Staircase Next To The Kitchen, 4) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - External Entrance Stairs To Building,5) Renovation Of Bathrooms. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, The Conditions And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In:• Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 6 To The Swz,• Bills Of Quantities - Annexes No. 1 To The Ppu And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Together With Simplified Design Documentation - Annex No. 2 To The Ppu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within 120 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than By June 30, 2026. The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate Pln 343,847.73 Gross To Finance The Order. The Ordering Party Anticipates Exclusion Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Act Of April 13, 2022 On Special Solutions For Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And For The Protection Of National Security (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 514). Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Executive Cost Estimate Prepared At His Own Expense And Effort. The Contractors Cost Estimate Submitted Should Be A Simplified Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To The Ppu), Taking Into Account All Costs Resulting From The Implementation Of The Scope Of The Order And The Contractors Obligations Described In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz). Note: Each Item Of The Cost Estimate Should Present The Number Of Units, The Unit Price Of The Item Including Mark-Ups But Excluding Vat And The Value Of The Entire Item Including Mark-Ups But Excluding Vat. Vat. All Price Components Of Individual Cost Estimates And The Resulting Price Should Be Calculated And Given In Pln, With An Accuracy Of Two Decimal Places.
