A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Included In The Attachments To This Swz: - Design Documentation - Road Industry, - Bill Of Quantities, The Scope Of Works Includes: - Preparatory And Demolition Works (Setting Out The Road Route, Locating And Discovering Land Utilities, Felling Trees, Demolition Of The Culvert), - Earthworks (Excavations And Embankments Related To The Construction Of A Road Bed And Shoulders), - Execution Of Drainage Elements, - Construction Of The Road Substructure, - Construction Of A Road With A Bituminous Surface, - Improvement Of The Roadside Surface With A Crushed Stone Mixture, - Construction Of Road Signs And Road Safety Devices, - Relocation Of The Conflicting Low-Voltage Power Grid, - Relocation Of The Conflicting Telecommunications Network. 2. Moreover, Under This Order, The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Is Obliged To: Provide A Minimum 36-Month Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Performed And Construction Materials And Products Used To Perform The Order, - Prepare Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Documentation And Submit It To The Ordering Party After The Completion Of The Construction Works, - The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made Of New Construction Materials, For Which The Contractor Will Provide Certificates Or Attestations Of Approval For Use At Each Request Of The Supervision Inspector And Will Forward Them To The Ordering Party In On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, - After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Date Of Their Acceptance, The Construction Site Must Be Cleaned And Returned To In A Proper Condition, No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works, - Obtain All Legally Required Decisions Authorizing The Use Of The Facility. 3.
