2. The Subject Of The Order In Task No. 1 Includes The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 101999B Through The Village Of Kropiwne Nowe, Suwałki Commune, 1,412 Km Long. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of A Communication System Adapted To The Technical Class. D And Traffic Intensity Of Category Kr 1 (Basic Width Of The Road 4.50 M With Widening To 5.0 M Within The Intersection With The District Road, Designed Two-Layer Bituminous Surface, Aggregate Shoulders On Both Sides 0.75 M Wide (Locally 0.50 M),2) Demolition Of Existing Hardened Surfaces Colliding With The Investment,3) Felling Of Trees And Bushes And Clearing, As Well As Protection And Replanting Of Existing Trees And Trees Located In The Area Of Works (If Applicable),4) Reconstruction Of The Intersection With The District Road No. 1147B And Municipal Road No. 101998B,5) Reconstruction And Construction Of Access Points (Exits),6) Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Telecommunications Network And Protection With Protective Pipes,7) Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of Equipment Drainage: Renovation, Regulation And Cleaning Of Road Ditches, Culverts According To Water Law Notification, 8) Topsoiling Of Green Areas, Slopes Of Excavations And Embankments, 9) Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure Of Orange Polska: A) Construction Of New Sections Of Underground Distribution And Subscriber Cables, B) Protection Of Underground Cables With A Double Pipe A110ps And Hdpe 110/6, 3, 10) Execution Of Height Adjustment Or Possible Reconstruction Of All Revealed Elements Of The Land Infrastructure Network (Also Applies To Roadsides), In The Event Of Damage To Valve Boxes, Hydrants Or Well Covers, The Contractor Will Replace The Damaged Element With A New One As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, 11) Vertical And Horizontal Marking Of The Road Under Construction, 12) Implementation Of Traffic Safety Devices, 13) Provision Of A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Construction Works, 14) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With As-Built Inventory Maps, 15) Making The Necessary Notifications To The Relevant Authorities And Institutions Or Companies, Including The Local Construction Supervision Authority, Related To The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works.
