The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The District Ckziu Together With Accompanying Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: County Ckziu A Modern Vocational Education Center - Through The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Facility Building And The Creation Of Modern Training Workshops (For Plot No. 538/50, Area 0036 Mroczków Gościnny), Opoczno Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 2.1. Development Of The Area: 1) Renovation Of The Worn Asphalt Surface In Front Of The Building With A Surface Made Of 6 Cm Thick Concrete Cubes With A Base Cm With Curbing And Substructure.3) Construction Of: Parking Space For Disabled People, Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Graphic Marking Of The Surface.4) Construction Of External Lighting For Safe Access Zones To The Facility.5) Construction Of The Designed Representative Area In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Building, By Equipping It With Waste Bins, Concrete Flower Pots With Benches Equipped With Seats And Backrests Made Of Hpl Boards With A Wood Structure And Ornamental Plants.6) Carrying Out The Works. Maintenance Of Trees Due To The Facade And Roofing Works Being Carried Out (Scaffolding).2.2. Designed Condition - Description Of Planned Works.2.2.1. Characteristics Of The Planned Construction And Installation Works In The Existing Two-Story Building Of The School And The Single-Story Connecting Building In The Basement Part: Design.2) Thermal Insulation By Insulating The Walls And Roofs Of The Building, Adapting The External Partitions To The Applicable Regulations Of The Technical Conditions And The Designed Energy Performance Of The Building. Covering The Roofs With Thermally Weldable Felt.3) Plastering The Designed Thermal Insulation Of The Walls Of The Existing School Building And The Connector Gymnasium. 4) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings On The Roof Of The Building With Powder-Coated Galvanized Sheet Metal. 5) Replacement Of The Existing Gutter And Downpipes With Drainage On The Roof Of The Building. 6) Removal Of Plasters On Level -1 (Basement) From The Inside And Outside Of The Foundation Walls Circumferentially On The Entire Surface, Drying The Walls To The Level Of Moisture That Allows For Internal Plastering, Renovation. 7) Reconstruction Of Ceramic Cladding On The Floors And Walls. 8) Excavation Of The Foundations Around The Building In Pieces, In Stages. 9) Construction Of Vertical Damp-Proof Insulation Of The Foundation Walls With A Cove On The Outside Of The Building. 10) Construction Of A Brick Ventilation Chimney With A Cross-Section Of 14 Mm.
