1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cafeteria Services To Employees Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. Cafeteria Services For Employees Will Be Provided Through Access To A Digital Platform Of Non-Wage Benefits, Including Benefits In The Following Categories: (I) Sports And Recreation As Part Of Monthly Subscriptions (Ii) Culture And Sports And Recreation, Including The Purchase Of Valuable Codes (Vouchers) (Iii) Implementation Of Applications For Selected Benefits Under The Company Social Benefits Fund (Zfśs) For 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, But Not Earlier Than From March 1, 2026. Until February 28, 2029 Or Until The Contract Value Is Exhausted.2. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Status Of The Contract Implementation And Will Give At Least 3 Months Notice Of The Need To Terminate The Contract Earlier If The Funds Allocated For The Contract Are Used.
