Part I - Mindfulness Training1) Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Workshop Entitled: Mindfulness Training.2) Target Group: Adoptive Families Living In The Silesian Voivodeship, Including Families With Children Of Preschool And Early School Age (Up To Approximately 8 Years Of Age) - 1St Group - And Families With School-Age Children (From Approximately 9 Years Of Age) - 2Nd Group. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Recruiting Participants.3) Number Of Participants: Maximum 6 Adoptive Families, I.E. Approximately 12 Parents And Approximately 12 Children (Maximum 24 People) In Each Of The 2 Training Groups, I.E. Maximum 12 Adoptive Families (Approximately 24 Parents And Approximately 24 Adopted Children).4) Number Of Teaching Hours: 24 Teaching Hours (4 Training Days X 6 Teaching Hours), I.E. 12 Teaching Hours (2 Training Days X 6 Teaching Hours Each) For Each Of The Two Training Groups. Note: The Workshops For Each Of The Two Groups Include Separate Classes For Parents And Children (Conducted In Parallel) And Joint Classes For Parents And Children.5) Objective Of The Workshop: The Aim Of The Workshop Will Be To Improve Parents Skills In The Field Of Effective Communication, Carefully Listening To Themselves And The Child, Conscious Regulation Of Their Emotions And Supporting The Childs Emotional Development, As Well As Taking Care Of Their Mental Well-Being. Activities For Children Are Intended To Include, Among Others: Developing Their Skills In Focusing Attention And Concentration, Recognizing, Understanding And Expressing Emotions, As Well As Coping With Difficulties And Stress.6) Minimum Substantive Scope Of Classes For Parents: − Mindfulness Training As A Method Of Coping With Stress And Concentration; − How To Be Attentive And Learn To Listen To Yourself? − Mindfulness Methods And Techniques - How To Build A Relationship With A Child Based On Trust And Closeness? − Using Mindfulness Methods And Techniques In Dealing With And Soothing The Childs Emotions Conflict Situations; − How To Work With A Child To Calm Down, Focus And Concentrate? Minimum Substantive Scope Of Classes For Children: − Concentration Exercises And Focusing Attention On Sensory Experiences; − Recognizing, Naming And Expressing Ones Own Emotions; − How To Deal With Sadness, Anger And Stress? − Calming Techniques; − How To Take Care Of Yourself? The Ordering Party Provides Only The Minimum Thematic Scope Of The Workshop. The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing A Detailed Workshop Schedule And Presenting It To The Ordering Party For Approval. Meetings Will Be Held On Weekends (Saturday-Sunday) Between 10:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M. - 1 Day Workshop And Between 08:00 And 15:
