1) The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To Seasonal Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Ferry Crossing Of The Koronowo Ferry Running Along The District Road No. 1030C Cekcyn - Lubiewo - Cierplewo - Sokole Kuźnica.2) The Koronowo Ferry Crossing Consists Of: Ferry With Registration Number Bg-03-017, Built In 1990, Equipped With A Yanmar Diesel Engine 3Tnm68, An Accompanying Boat, Fragments Of The Road Leading To The Shoreline On Both Sides Of The Koronowski Lagoon And A Building With A Usable Area Of 12 M2 Constituting A Social Room For The Ferry Crew, Located In The Road On The Eastern Side Of The Koronowski Lagoon.3) The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Transport Of Vehicles And Passengers By Cable Ferry At Set Hours, Securing The Ferry Outside The Operating Time, Keeping Records, Traffic Measurement And Inspections Technical, Purchasing Fuel And Ongoing Technical Supervision, Performing Emergency Repairs, Mainline Maintenance, Maintaining Cleanliness, Securing Entrances, Ferry Marking, Equipment Maintenance And Compliance With Shipping, Environmental Protection And Fire Regulations. After The End Of The Season, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Ferry And Its Equipment.4) The Order Will Be Implemented From April 30, 2026 To September 30, 2026 And Includes Preparation Of The Ferry For The Season, Seasonal Crossing Service And Securing The Ferry After The End Of Its Operation.5) The Ferry Runs In The Period From May 1, 2026 To September 27, 2026 In Accordance With The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz. The Contractor Spends The Days Before And After The Ferrys Operation On Preparing The Ferry For The Season And Securing It After The End Of The Operation.6) The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 6 - Operation Schedule Of The Koronowo Ferry Crossing, Constituting Attachments To This Swz. 7) The Ordering Party Assumes That It Will Perform At Least: 80% Of The Scope Of The Order Provided For In The Operation Schedule Of The Koronowo Ferry Crossing (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz). If The Scope Of The Order Is Reduced To The Indicated Amount, The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims. 8) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Entire Process, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order.
