Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Two-Course Meals For Participants Of Day Care Homes And Community Self-Help Homes

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Hot Meals For The Ordering Partys Customers (Two-Course Dinners: Soup, Main Course And Salad) And Delivering Them To Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday (Excluding Days Recognized By Law As Non-Working Days) In The Period From April 1, 2026 To March 31, 2027, But No Longer Than Until The Day On Which The Total Amount Due To The Contractor Under The Contract, The Remuneration Will Be Equal To The Amount Of The Maximum Remuneration Included In The Contract. If The Contract Is Concluded After April 1, 2026, The Period Of Provision Of Services Will Be The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To March 31, 20272. Meals Should Be Delivered And Brought By The Contractor To The Following Points Located In The Targówek District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw: Warsaw: 1) At Ul. Suwalska 11 In Warsaw, Ground Floor, Community Self-Help Home Na Targówek - 22 Meals;2) At Ul. Saint Wincentego 85 In Warsaw, 1St Floor, Community Self-Help Home Na Targówek - 23 Meals;3) At Ul. Saint Wincentego 85, Ground Floor, Targówek District Social Welfare Center - Day Care Center - 25 Meals;4) At Ul. Radzymińska 154, Ground Floor, Social Welfare Center Of The Targówek District - Day Care Center - 30 Meals.3. The Ordering Party Expects To Prepare Approximately 100 Dinners A Day. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Subject Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Predict The Exact Daily Number Of Meals, Therefore The Number Of Approximately 100 Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Number Of Dinners Will Change Depending On The Needs, Which The Ordering Party Cannot Predict At The Time Of Ordering. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Notify The Contractor Daily By 3 P.M. About The Number Of Meals To Be Delivered The Next Day. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Possible To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Meals By 20%.4. The Total Number Of Meals During The Contract Period Is Estimated At 25,200 Meals.5. Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals Will Take Place In The Contractors Collection Vessels (Certified, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Allowing The Transport And Storage Of Hot Food), Subject To Point 8, And Transported By The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Provides Tableware For Meals, I.E. Plates, Cutlery, Etc.7. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Term Of The Contract, Modernization Is Planned In: 1) Community Self-Help Center (Śds) At Ul. Suwalska 11 In Warsaw - Duration Of Works Approx. 3 Months;2) Community Self-Help Home (Śds) At Ul. Saint Wincentego 85 In Warsaw - Duration Of Works Approx. 3 Months, But Modernizations Will Not Be Carried Out Simultaneously. 8. During The Modernization Of A Given Śds, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Meals To This Facility In Disposable Biodegradable Packaging Along With Cutlery Made Of Biodegradable Materials, Certified (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations) Allowing The Transpo
