A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 4 To Swz.3. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared: 1) In 4 Copies, In Paper And Electronic Versions, In A Way That Allows The Ordering Procedure To Be Carried Out, Including: - Construction Design (Land Development Design / Architectural And Construction Design), - Technical Design / Detailed Construction Design Of The Designed Sections Of The Water Supply And Sewage Network, - Bill Of Quantities, - Investors Cost Estimate, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021. Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, Without Separate Remuneration, All Necessary And Required By Law Consents From Plot Owners, Extracts, Drawings, Maps, Conditions, Permits, Arrangements, Decisions, Approvals, Opinions, Development Of A Geotechnical Opinion Of The Subsoil, Water Law Decisions, Etc., In Accordance With The Construction Law, Water Law, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision, Without Separate Remuneration. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To Provide Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, To Come To The Construction Site If Necessary.7. The Contractor Will Supplement The Documentation In The Event Of Additional Requirements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Explanations To The Documentation At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Selecting The Contractor For Construction Works.
