The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Designing The Construction Of Road Sections, Reconstruction Of A Road Section And Construction Of Sanitary Sewage Sections With Branches To The Property At Ul. Młyńska Settlement In The Town Of Rudniki (Plot Registration Numbers 2507 And 2524, Rudniki District) Along With Accompanying Works And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority) And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Designed Works, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction And Reconstruction Of The Road Ul. Osada Młyńska In Rudniki Together With The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System. An Overview Of The Scope Of The Task Is Presented In The Graphic Attachment, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works For Which It Is Required To Obtain A Building Permit, For Which A Construction Design Is Attached In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, In Particular: A) Architectural And Construction Design (Including Technical Design) To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works, B) Land Development Design, C) Executive Design, D) Permanent Traffic Organization Design Along With Obtaining A Decision On Its Approval, E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), F) Bill Of Quantities, G) Investors Cost Estimate, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Construction Permit (Or Lack Of Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority); 2) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Based On The Prepared Design Documentation. 3. Preparation Of Design Documentation Includes Obtaining Geological And Hydrotechnical Studies, Obtaining The Necessary Maps For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Arrangements, Conditions, Permits And Opinions, Etc. (Including, If Necessary, A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Consent To Withdraw From The Construction Of A Technological Canal) And Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority).
