The Subject Of The Order Includes: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Along With The Expansion Of The Sports Stadium, Construction Of A Sports Pavilion Building And Other Technical Infrastructure Under The Budget Task: Reconstruction Of The Main Stadium At Ul. Sportowa 1 In Solec Kujawski, Which In Particular Includes: 1) Land Inventory To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Design Of The Facilities; 2) Tree Inventory Along With A Security Design And A Possible Felling Project; 3) Development And Delivery Of A Preliminary Design To The Ordering Party For Approval; 4) Consultation Of The Proposed Solutions With The Ordering Party; 5) Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On The Preliminary Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: A) Development Of A Construction Design (Pb) Along With Determining The Scope Of Construction Works Necessary To Be Performed, Including: - Land Development Design (Pzt), - Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), - Technical Design (Pt), For All Industries Covered By The Order; B) Preparation Of Industry Designs Related To The Removal Or Reconstruction, To The Extent Necessary, Of Conflicts Between Existing Devices And The Designed Facility; C) Development Of An Executive Design (Pw), D) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Works Covered By The Project; E) Preparation Of The Cost Part Containing The Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate For The Works Covered By The Project; F) Preparation Of Supplementary Studies Necessary To Obtain Opinions, Resolutions And Decisions Required By The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law;6) Obtaining All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Verifications Of Design Solutions And Documents To The Extent Resulting From Legal Provisions Or The Requirements Of Authorized Entities Agreeing On Projects, Including: A) Obtaining A Water Permit (If Required), B) Obtaining Consent For Archaeological Research, Etc. (If Required), C) Obtaining Consent To Cut Down Trees Colliding With The Investment, D) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For Construction Or Obtaining An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works, If During The Execution Of The Contract It Turns Out That It Is Required; E) Updating Technical Conditions And/Or Obtaining New Conditions From Network Operators (Water, Sanitary Sewage System, Storm Sewage System, Electrical Installation, Telecommunications Installation, Heating Network) Necessary To Design And/Or Arrange Technical Connections And Develop The Design Of These Connections. 7) Agreeing The Documentation With Pzla (Polish Athletics Association) And Kpzpn (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Football Association).
