The Ordering Party Intends To Administer The Following To The Extent Not Exceeding Ordinary Management: 1) Buildings Owned By The Municipality Of Piastów (Including Commercial Premises) 2) Residential Premises Owned By The Municipal Commune Of Piastów In Housing Communities Constituting The Property Of The Municipal Commune Of Piastów In Housing Communities Lists Of Real Estate Are Presented In Annex No. 10 To Swz.2. The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include In Particular: A. Maintenance Of Real Estate, Including: Inspecting Buildings, Assessing The Technical Condition, Keeping A Building Book For Administered Real Estate And Including All Records And Protocols Required By Law; Maintaining The Proper Order And Cleanliness Of Common Rooms, Property Areas, Green Areas And Proper Preparation And Maintenance Of The Property In The Winter; Maintaining Order, Etc.; Immediate Removal Of Failures Related To The Operation Of Buildings And Premises And Related Equipment, B. Use Of Real Estate, Including: Organizing A Tenant Service Point In The Commune And Receiving Visitors 5 Days A Week From From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Terms Of The Order Execution And The Scope Of Services Are Included In The Contract Template, Order Documentation And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz - Annex 3A To The Swz). The Opz Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Template Agreement (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).
