The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Laundry Service For A Period Of 10 Months, Including Disinfection, Washing, Drying And Ironing Of Hospital Linen: Bed Linen, Surgical Linen, Neonatal Linen, Towels, Cloths, Pajamas, Protective Clothing, Blankets, Mops, Cleaning Cloths And Including The Transport Of Hospital Linen. The Estimated Quantity Of Hospital Linen In Kg During The Duration Of The Contract (10 Months) Is Approximately 160,000 Kg. The Ordering Party Provides For The Obligations Arising From Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law In Accordance With The Principles Contained In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.1. The Contractor Undertakes To Employ At Least 1 Person Under An Employment Contract Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code, Performing For The Ordering Party The Activities Specified In Section 2.2. Types Of Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Which Are Subject To The Requirements Of Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: Disinfection Of Laundry, Washing, Drying, Ironing Of Hospital Linen. If The Indicated Activities Will Be Performed By 2 People, The Ordering Party Requires That At Least 1 Person Be Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right (Before Signing The Contract) To Carry Out An Inspection Of Technical Abilities The Contractor Or A Possible Subcontractor Who Will Make His Laundry Room Available To The Contractor In The Event Of A Failure Of His Laundry Room. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect (Before Signing The Contract) The Contract Concluded Between The Contractor And A Possible Subcontractor Who Will Make His Laundry Room Available To The Contractor In The Event Of A Failure Of His Laundry Room. The Laundry Room Made Available To The Contractor By Another Entity Should Meet, Just Like The Basic One, All The Requirements Of The Act Dated December 5, 2008 On The Prevention And Combating Of Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2008, No. 234, Item 1570, As Amended).
