Tenders Are Invited For [D/03/2026] Purchase And Delivery Of A Medical Led Lamp For The Cosmetology Course Of The Faculty Of Health Sciences Of The University Of Opole
1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Medical Led Lamp For The Cosmetology Field Of The Faculty Of Health Sciences Of The University Of Opole.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Chapter I. Point. 4 Swz. If Additional Materials, Elements And Equipment Are Required For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.5. The Contractor Must Offer To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Item Of The Order (In Particular, Not Repaired, Not Refabricated, Not Exhibited, Not Previously Used) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With The Opz - According To Part.7. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Use Of The Above Indications Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Contracting Authority Indicates In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence.8. In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Attach To The Offer A List Of Proposed Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Indication Of Relevant Standards.9. Warranty9.1. The Contractor Provides A 24-Month Warran
