1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Concept For The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 2170 In Lipnica Mała. The Task Is Planned On A Section Of Approximately 350 M From The District Road 1675K To The Plot No. 2847. The Concept Is Planned Within The Existing Road With A Possible Widening To Min. Requirements Together With An Enlargement Analysis. 2. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Development Of The Land Development Concept. The Concepts Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Approval; 2) Obtaining Current Geodetic Bases (Maps For Design Purposes) Necessary To Develop The Analysis And Concept; 3. Concepts Of The Land Development Plan Should Include Road Geometry Solutions Developed By An Authorized Person On Map Bases, Including Solutions For Road Elements, Drainage System Elements, Marked Elements Of Technical Infrastructure That Conflict With The Design Condition Along With A Preliminary Proposal To Remove These Collisions, And Pre-Marked Property Division Lines.4. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Applicable Norms And Standards As Well As Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Design Documentation Will Serve As A Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Tender To Select A Contractor For Construction Works In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law And Will Be The Basis For The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Developed Documentation Will Indicate Construction Products (Materials And Devices) Approved For Trading And Generally Available On The Market. The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Way That Minimizes The Construction Costs Of The Future Investment, But In Accordance With The Art Of Design And Applicable Regulations.6. The Design Documentation Cannot Contain Any Markings, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Products Intended For Use. If It Is Not Possible To Describe The Content Of The Documentation Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, It Is Allowed To Indicate A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Imposing The Obligation To Include The Phrase Or Equivalent And Specify The Scope Of Equivalence, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended)7. The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Unless, If The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Described In A Sufficiently Precise Manner - Then Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And Therefore The Parameters Must Be Specified After Meeting Which The Product Will Be Considered Equivalent.8.
