The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Task Called Multi-Factor Authentication System As Part Of The Task Called: Cybersecure Local Government - Advanced Digital Services Implemented As Part Of The Project Improving The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Municipal Office In Dąbrowa Górnicza, In Accordance With The European Funds Program For Digital Development 2021-2027, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2 - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System - Cybersecure Self-Government (Cs) Is: Implementation, Configuration And Launch, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Licenses, Of An Extensive, Centralized Identity Management System Containing Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa) Mechanisms And Secure Remote Access In The Vpn Model - Zero Trust Network Access (Ztna).2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide A Uniform, Centrally Managed Mechanism For Logging Users Into The Ordering Partys Resources, Increasing The Level Of Access Security And Simplifying Administration.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex 7 To The Terms Of Reference.4. Equivalent Solutions1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 2) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
