1) The Subject Of The Order Are Services In The Field Of Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Including Felling, Assortment Production And Felling Of Trees And Undergrowth. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Lębork Forest District In Connection With The Reconstruction Of Railway Line No. 229 On The Lębork - Łeba Section (Section 1B, Km From 102+000 To 127+519), As Part Of The Project: Providing Rail Access To The Lubiatowo - Kopalino Nuclear Power Plant. The Investment Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Act Of March 28, 2003 On Railway Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1234, As Amended). The Felling Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Voivode Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Ref. No. Wi-V.747.1.8.2025.Eb Of December 17, 2025. 3) The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Total Quantities Of Works Consisting In Harvesting (Cutting And Producing Assortments) And Skidding Of Wood, As Well As Felling Of Undergrowth. A Detailed Quantitative And Assortment Description Of The Works Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), Which Includes: - Planned Size Of Works; - Skidding Distance; - List Of Divisions With Planned Felling Of Trees And Assortments And Planned Felling Of Undergrowth (Map 1 And Map 2)4) The Material Scopes Listed In The Appendices Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are Estimates.5) Quality Standards Relating To All Significant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Standard Of Work Execution Technology. The Detailed Description Of The Technology Standard For Performing Individual Works (Activities) Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Is The Basis For Determining The Quality Requirements Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). If The Activity Described In The Above-Mentioned Annex Is Not Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), The Provisions Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz Do Not Apply In This Respect. 6) Descriptions Of The Activity Codes Describing The Individual Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Contract Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 7) Description Of The Procedure For The Acceptance Of Works Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Lębork Forest District And The Ulinia Forest District.
